This little studio was perfect, the building is beautiful, older but well taken care of a the room itself was a godsend. Greg was so responsive I was able to get some work done at the small table and being so close to the Publix / coffee shops / restaurants is a boon! I also slept like a rock, and was tempted to steal the pillows they were so good. Will be coming back!

Traveling solo for a 3-day work trip, this location and the apartment could not have been better. Near tons of walkable restaurants and close to the beach and other PB highlights. The price was very reasonable, and the place looked just like the pictures. Greg was a very responsive and flexible host. I had a great experience and would definitely rent this exact apartment for future trips.

I have rented this room before and it’s wonderful! The parking has changed since last year and now the valet charges per day. But that’s the whole building, not just this unit. Unit is so clean and nicely appointed. Everything you need is there. Such a great location; love exploring the area. Hope to come back!

Greg's place was a real find. It's was a highlight of my six week holiday in the States and fantastic value. Well worth the price. Check in was seamless - with a helpful 24-hour front desk. The room was pristine - with lovely light. The location is top-notch, in one of the very best parts of Palm Beach, next door to the hottest restaurant, The Polo Room. Opposite Publix for provisions and close to Field of Greens for quick healthy lunches. Beautiful surrounds, walkable, peaceful and lots to do. Greg described the place so well - it looked like the photos but was even better in reality. He was super responsive and kindly gave me early check-in and late check-out. It was a magical 5 days. I'll be back. Thank YOU.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The condo and hotel setting were very comfortable. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was nice having a grocery store across the street to pick up incidentals. Would stay there again.

The location is perfect. Close to beach and inter coastal. The unit is just like photos . The building is dated especially the hallways . Old and dingy but still worth the price in my opinion. Publix across the street and good bakery next door . meat market restaurant right around corner was really good. Would stay again.

Can't say enough great things about his condo! The location is perfect - 2 walks from a beautiful beach. Restaurants and shops steps from our door. Across the street from a perfect grocery store. For dinner we walked across the bridge to West Palm. Couldn't have been better. Will definitely stay again

Wonderful stay in Palm Beach! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—easy to get to the beach, great restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. The host was responsive and made check-in super simple. Would absolutely stay again.

Greg’s place was amazing, the pictures are great but the property itself was immaculate. The backyard was beautiful. It honestly looks like a outdoor wedding space. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Greg’s place! Check in was super easy and convenient. We felt safe during our stay. The location was perfect for us since we were attending a wedding at the church down the road! The hosts were very responsive and even let us extend our stay one night which was perfect for the wedding! Would stay again!
