Spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and views of pool and gardens thru wall size floor to ceiling sliding windows brings the family together for entertaining ,games and movie watching on new 52" Samsung Frame TV that doubles as art work and more. Open kitchen with gas monogram cook top for chef demonstrations around 8 seated island or catch the morning weather forecast to plan your outdoor adventure. Each master suite has its own smart tv inside the main house and has direct access to the outdoors and interior living area. The third bedroom and bath is optional and separate from the main house and is perfect for guests, teenagers , in-laws or nanny or our estate manager if you do not need a third bedroom . Reduced price is negotiable if you do not need third bedroom. The cottage as we call it has a private patio area with outdoor shower and its own washer/dryer , microwave ,wash sink , fridge ,hot plate and is set up with king size bed and 2 convertible singe bed pull outs. The only shared space is the driveway.
House Rules
Please treat our home like your own. Pet lovers will enjoy the pet friendly beaches but picking up after your pet is a must. If you have a question or urgent need, call us before asking a neighbor. Smoking allowed only outside, away from windows and doors, and not allowed inside under any circumstances. Optional children’s pool fence can be installed at no additional cost. Guests must submit a homeowners application along with $150 fee or more if we have to expedite . It can take up to 2 weeks to process with standard processing times. NOTE: $1500 MANAGEMENT FEE WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED IF MONTHLY ELECTRIC DOES NOT EXCEED $300 and not applicable for terms of less than 30 daysl

Beaches south of Carlin Park are all pet friendly! Walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, beach and more! Jupiter's Riverwalk across the street allows you to walk or ride bike to Harborside.
