We had a wonderful stay! The 3 bedroom beachy vibed condo with an added bonus loft area offered plenty of space for our family. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was unbeatable, in a quiet and safe complex. The beach is just a short 7 minute walk through Carlin Park which was right in our backyard, which had a great walking/running trail which also offered exercise stops along the way. Great playgrounds for kids as well. We also loved having plenty of pickleball and tennis courts right there, as well as a Publix and plenty of great restaurants all within walking distance which made the stay even more fun and active. The community pool was relatively quiet and everyone was very friendly. The host was responsive and helpful, making everything seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Fantastic rental! Has every amenity to keep you entertained no matter the weather. The hot tub, sauna, cold plunge and heated pool made the backyard area feel like a private resort. The property was well stocked and clean and the host was attentive and quick to respond! Did not want to leave and plan to return! Thx for a great stay!

Greg’s place is located right in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, making it a great spot for our stay. The home was perfect for our group of six and is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Greg was very responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend it. Thanks again!

We have stayed at this property several times, but this is our first time in Sierra’s unit. We were very happy as this unit has three windows overlooking the pool. It was very clean and comfortable.

Greg’s house was amazing. Very modern and clean. It was probably my favorite airbnb I have stayed in. Greg and Sierra were also extremely responsive hosts. My family had a great vacation and I can’t recommend this house highly enough if you want a nice house with a pool in Delray Beach

We absolutely love West Palm Beach. We actually plan on possibly moving from Michigan to West Palm beach hopefully next year. I felt right at home in this place. Beautiful building. Easy to get around to any restaurants, Worth avenue, downtown and Publix. Highly recommended this place!

We enjoyed our stay with Greg. The south facing unit was wonderful as it was bright all day. The location of this is exceptional. Right in the heart of historic Palm beach only a few hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean. Multiple dining choices with a Publix nearby. Lastly, a walk along the Lake Trail is a one of a kind opportunity to get a glimpse into beautiful Palm Beach living.

My family and I stayed for a total of five nights. Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The house and bedrooms were exactly as described, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In addition, the location is great for supermarkets, restaurants, and close to the beach. Not only was to house exceptional, communication was top notch as well. If we had any questions or issues during our stay (the grill needed another gas tank), our host replied almost immediately. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying in the future.

My family and I loved staying at Greg’s place. The house is stunning- even better than the photos! The beds are comfortable, the pool is warm and there’s plenty of space to relax. The house is in a quiet area, but it’s only a short drive to the beach, restaurants on Atlantic Ave and various ice cream shops. Plus the hosts are very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!
