Clean, safe and super quiet. No hallway noise. I did not hear other guests or residents at all. The room was very comfortable. Parking was always available on the street, and I came and went frequently so did not use the valet, although it was accessible and not always full, so I could have quite easily used it. Location is great, with a quick walk to great restaurants, coffee and beaches. Nice pool and outdoor lounge areas. I found it charming and a very good value. Enjoyable stay!

We have visited this area many times but our first time at Greg’s. It was a perfect size for 2 adults, and a 12 day stay. It was clean, equipped kitchen to meet our vacation needs. Location cannot be beat. Greg was very responsive. We would surely rent from Greg again.

I stayed at Greg’s airbnb for a wedding and the location could not have been better. Lots to do a super walkable area. The place was super clean and had amazing natural light (a big plus in my book). I will be returning!

We loved the Port St. Lucie Retreat Home for its cleanliness, comfort, convenience and privacy. The furnishings and kitchen supplies were great and the wifi and air conditioning were easy to figure out and adjust as needed. Back yard was large and private and beaches, walking trails, grocery stores and restaurants were within a short drive.

This house was fantastic and exactly as listed! Big beautiful yard with privacy for swimming. Spacious common areas in the home, perfect for cooking a big family dinner. The area was peaceful and we throughly enjoyed our stay there. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We will DEFINITELY stay again! The adorable apartment is in the heart of Palm Beach. You can walk everywhere. The apartment building is the old Palm Beach Hotel. It is very cool. You can not find a more affordable place with in the center of Palm Beach. The apartment is compact and spotlessly clean. Everything and more is provided: bath towels, beach towels, kitchenette, comfortable bed, table to sit, toiletries in case you forgot something. My husband and I were EXTREMELY happy.

Sierra and Greg were very accommodating. The studio was clean, well equipped , and nicely decorated . The location was perfect for walking to the beach and there were plenty of good dining options close by. The building itself was very unique and in a great area. I would definitely visit again! Greg made it very easy to stay at his place. He was very responsive and accommodating. The location cannot be beat — close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, a Catholic Church, coffee shops, shopping, and much more. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, I was able to connect to WiFi and work easily and the full kitchen was wonderful. Great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed. I was glad I brought a sound machine and an eye mask because I am a light sleeper. Overall great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Greg’s place! It was very serene and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The pool was awesome and our kids absolutely loved it. It’s a great place for a family getaway, and we really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

Have stayed at these Condos many times as the location is perfect for me with the beach and lake trail close by and downtown just over the bridge. First time I’ve stayed in this Condo and was very comfortable and as described. My only complaint is there are not enough towels ( as I stayed for 10 days) but once contacted the owner replied straight away and provided more towels. Also access to a change of bed linen would have been helpful. Apart from that everything was perfect.
